TECCON Austria’s Passive Safety Centre offers a comprehensive range of function developments, CAE services, validation tests and customised test systems for passive safety. Our Engineering Department supports customers throughout the entire product creation process and guarantees compliance with all the safety requirements. With advanced simulation methods we enhance safety and efficiency. Our test portfolio includes pedestrian protection and restraint systems, crash tests, sled and component tests at the component and subsystem levels. Our laboratory, which is accredited to Euro NCAP and ISO 17025, ensures precise results. Our Engineering Department accompanies and supports our customers throughout the entire development process – from the early concept phase to vehicle production – and ensures compliance with all the legal and consumer-related passive safety requirements. With advanced simulation methods we opt for innovative tools that not only reduce development time but also improve the quality of results.

At our Passive Safety Centre we offer state-of-the-art testing services within the scope of vehicle safety. Our specialised knowledge covers the testing and validation of safety components, interior components, occupant protection systems, crash structures and evaluations of structural integrity. We apply that knowledge in order to guarantee a maximum standard of safety. In addition, we develop new innovative test methods to optimise the workflow processes in vehicle development.
